If you tap the voice icon on the screen in the fax/scan mode, this machine reads out the operation procedure when you directly enter a fax number. Also, when selecting a destination from the address book or history, this machine reads out the operation procedure. This is helpful to prevent a fax from being sent to an incorrect destination.
